Who We Are & Why We’re Different
I'm Arthur McKibben, and my journey in serving others began when I was ordained in the Church of the Nazarene in 2007. It was a life-changing moment that set me on a path of leadership and community impact. I moved to Norwalk in 2006, where I had the honor of becoming the Senior Pastor at the Norwalk Church of the Nazarene. Prior to that, I spent four enriching years at the Hawthorne Church.
During my time at the Norwalk Church, we participated in initiatives like Angel Tree and provided countless families with access to private Christian education through Nazarene Christian School.
In 2018, I embraced a new challenge when the Norwalk Church merged with La Mirada Church of the Nazarene, allowing me to serve both vibrant communities as an Executive Pastor. I’ve also had the privilege of volunteering with the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department’s Clergy Program for over 15 years, assisting in crisis situations and giving back to the community I love.
As an Executive Director with the Maxwell Leadership Team and a certified Human Behavioral Analysis Consultant, and a Certified Personal and Executive Coach throught he CaPP Institute, I’m passionate about guiding others in their personal growth.
I founded 5th Quarter Group and LIFECORE6 Coaching to help individuals optimize their lives and Businesses upon the 6 foundational pillars of our lives, and I believe wholeheartedly in being intentional and adding value to everyone I meet. I’m inspired by my wonderful wife, Renee, and our two daughters, as we continue to make a difference together in our beloved city of Norwalk.
